WHO WE ARE
CriScape is a boutique events atelier based in Funchal, Madeira. We specialise in designing and delivering bespoke corporate experiences — incentive trips, leadership retreats, and MICE programmes — for international companies who refuse to settle for generic.
Every programme begins with a conversation. What do you want your team to feel? What do you want them to remember? We build backwards from that answer, using Madeira as our canvas and two decades of local knowledge as our tools.
We manage everything end-to-end — concept, logistics, suppliers, on-the-ground coordination, and the invisible details that turn a good trip into an extraordinary one.

I have spent 24 years working across every corner of Madeira's tourism industry — hotels, travel agencies, events management, and retail. Every role taught me something different about what makes people feel genuinely looked after in a place they don't yet know.
